Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us and request a return or exchange. All returns must be in the state you received them in the original packaging. You can also ask for another product of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
Full refunds are given as long as the return request is submitted within 31 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are approved as long as a return request is submitted within 31 days of receiving the orders.
You can also request full refunds if you have not received your order within the guaranteed delivery time, which is 25 business days. *This doesn’t include our 1-4 day processing time.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after the placement of an order. Once the order is shipped, it can not be canceled. In this case, you must return your order to receive a refund.
